I, the undersigned user ("User"), hereby declare, confirm, and agree as follows:

2. Authenticity of Documents
I confirm that all documents uploaded or submitted by me are genuine, authentic, and legally valid. I understand that submission of forged, altered, or misleading documents may result in rejection of my application and may lead to legal consequences under applicable laws of Nepal.

3. Responsibility and Accountability
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of the information and documents submitted by me. Wadaconnect.com acts only as a technology service provider and is not responsible for verifying the authenticity or correctness of user-submitted information unless explicitly stated.

4. Understanding of Process
I understand that submission of an application through this platform does not guarantee approval, acceptance, or processing within any specific time frame. Decisions are made solely by the relevant organization, authority, or institution.

5. Consent for Processing
I consent to the collection, storage, processing, and sharing of my submitted data and documents with relevant organizations or authorities strictly for the purpose of application review, approval, or rejection, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Legal Consequences of False Information
I acknowledge that providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial of services, cancellation of approvals, permanent suspension of my account, and/or legal action as permitted under the laws of Nepal.

7. Indemnity
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless wadaconnect.com, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from my violation of this declaration or applicable laws.

8. Electronic Acceptance
I understand and agree that this declaration, when accepted electronically (including by checkbox, digital confirmation, or electronic signature), shall be legally valid and binding under the prevailing laws of Nepal.
